    Have you enabled auto boot to ofw in hekate? Do you have boot camp (windows) ? if not try toFormat the card in your switch then put the files over

    yeah i dont boot any switch without a heatsink the SoC gets hot very quick without it.

    do you always boot it without the Heatsink ?

    boot CFW once on sysnand and then boot OFW as long as you dont connect to the internet or boot any nsp you will be fine.

    The chip wont stay awake if it does'nt have hwfly firmware on it you will need to use another way to flash it. but if its working and glitching why do you want to flash it?
