    In fact, people should be using the cores on the WiiUBru appstore, and only use newer/nightly cores to test if they work. All the cores on WiiUBru should be working.

    No, why would the appstore be blocked? Plus, you don't even have to use HBAS to actually download them, you can follow these simple steps too: 1. Go to http://wiiubru.com/appstore/#/category/emulators on your PC 2. Transfer files to SD card 3. Profit!

    You must use a CFW, either the one in Haxchi, or by loading Mocha, in order to use the faster FAT library. You should be using the cores on the appstore if you want the best compatibility. The newest cores are not always the best, and may have problems.

    I'm glad to learn I'm not the only one ... I have a few homebrew projects I haven't bothered releasing, cause I didn't feel like making it work with the MCP hooks in Haxchi/CBHC.

    No, I'm not really happy with it, and it's basically a built-in forwarder, but the rpx isn't on your SD card, and isn't a "real" channel, because the Retroarch build system doesn't create rpx files that can be used as stand alone yet. Even if you created all the files needed to make a channel...

    The one I made is basically a forwarder, but the rpx isn't on the SD card, it's embedded in the installation. Any that aren't forwarders will ALL crash on exit. This is one aspect of Retroarch I've been trying to fix, as none of them support using the HOME button to exit to the System Menu...

    Actually, it would take a few hours. The hardest part would be making the visuals. I could make a plain audio player in about an hour or so. It's simple using a HBL app template.
