    as far as i can tell yes ... i just cant access online play functions or friendlist type stuff anymore but i do appear to have full access to Eshop still

    well i just played some pokemon shuffle and was able to progress far enough to do a server check in and that completed successfully so whatever ban they have on me at least doesent appear to be NNID based as was stated earlier ... if it where NNID i wouldent have even been able to continue...

    this is a confusing problem ... i dont play anything online but i checked online features in pokemon moon (i actually purchased that game) and i have a ban on me as well ... im not really too worried about it but i just find it odd ... i am on a N3dsXL running 11.4.37U with luma 7.1 + B9S ...

    i hate to repeat a question that has already been asked however i dident find any answers anywhere so i will ask it again ... is there currently no themes available for freeshop? ... i looked and could not find any ... i only want to theme as the default colors are a bit bright and i much prefer...

    if you have a9lh or b9s installed and working you can convert the .3ds file to a .cia and install it directly to your home menu .... or get it from freeshop if its on there edit: ninja'd XD

    if nothing was updated/changed/deleted ... than the only explanation left that makes sense to me is someone played with it and did somthing and did not tell you ... aside from some possible data corruption there is no other way that could happen without interaction with said system

    LOL ... i losened the screws on my N3dsXL and never re tightened them ... and i have removed the backplate so many times that one of the screws is actually now missing because the plastic around it broke .... not a big deal as it dident mess with the back plate in any way

    it would allow FBI.3dsx to run and then afterwards disable it again ... i would recommend installing the FBI cia while running the 3dsx tho so this doesent happen again

    power on system holding select to access luma config and enable Patch SVC/service/archive/ARM9 access .... that worked for me tho i am also using latest luma too however it may not matter

    Thanks for the added info about free space on top screen ... i had no intention of jumping on the paranoia bandwagon in the other thread and dropping freeshop however now i have a reason to upgrade for the freespace meters on top screen ^.=.^

    thats a good question ... i have never looked into that because i just use the chainloader function to list my payloads and then select what i want to use at the time
