Need help to find PS1 racing game

Why do people fan translate?
In my opinion, people do fan translations for the purpose of giving to other persons the opportunity of playing a game that they never heard of and was never officially translated and released outside of japan, in my case i always wanted to do a translation of some games like the Hunter x Hunter...- Daemon_Edevane
