A brand new tool to convert ONscripter visual novels to PSP

This new tool is called ONScripter Multi Converter: https://github.com/Prince-of-sea/ONScripter_Multi_Converter I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but according to the author it can convert lots of visual novels, including Umineko and Higurashi, so that they can work with the PSP port of...

Boppin' DOS Port (I know I've seen it somewhere online before!)

There's no source port, but dosbox seems to work well enough on PPSSPP. https://www.mediafire.com/file/s6mni9b208ylfcz/BOPPIN.zip/file If it lags on real hardware, try changing the number of cycles in PSP.bat.

Hacking Tsukihime/Kagetsu Tohya PSP port font size

I only edited the one scene above. Fixing all of them might be worth the effort, but even then sharing the output on an open forum would be kinda dicey - it contains the whole game script.

This version works by the way, I just tested it. You can only run the smallest games with it though, otherwise the PSP runs out of memory and crashes.

Homebrew [Help wanted] collaborate to port EasyRpg Player on PSP

The only link was at blog.easyrpg.org/2011/05/may-progress-report/, but it 404'd ages ago. I tried to check if I still had the file on my PSP, but no luck with that either.

trying to identify my psp model

It's a Radiant Red 3000... just not a launch model, the first batch of 3000s had a TA-90 motherboard. See playstationdev.wiki/pspdevwiki/index.php?title=Motherboards#TA-090_Series It says 3001 because it's a North American model - 3000 would be Japan, 3004 Europe etc.

Homebrew [Help wanted] collaborate to port EasyRpg Player on PSP

That app only works with RPG Maker 2000 games. Saint Seya Densetsu was made with RPG Maker 2003, so it cannot work with that interpreter. And as you guessed - it was made with Japanese encoding in mind (shift-JIS iirc) so non-ASCII characters can trip it up. As for EasyRPG on PSP, there's two...
