    I haven't tried connecting to any foreign eshops, however I was blocking system update with fiddler and now it seems something is not working, I am prompted to update software and must restart in order to enter eshop. perhaps related? edit: nope, im stupid and unchecked the enabled rules box...

    right now you can still get into the eshop by using some of the tuts posted here. perhaps by the time the dlc is released they will figured out how to force an update. im more worried about mario kart and splatoon
