    no, i tried to make spawn eiscue in overworld, but only eggs are appearing, only sprigatito works i used this because i read that can make it spawn with the right ability: edit: i realized that maybe its dex number fault in the title cheat?

    don't know why but all the pokemon I catch through cheats have insomnia as ability instead their regular ones, I tried sprigatito and eiscue (edited hex)
