Upscale Resolution of old DS games on 3ds

How do I uninstall Retroarch from my 3ds entirely
So I accidently fucked up, I was trying to play prboom and I accidentally set the A button as right on the d-pad so now I can't use my A button. So I just wanted to hack my switch one day and I was wondering if it was patched. I checked and it isn't. So I went to switch.hacks.guide and I followed the guide up to the injecting payload section.
