    The sub populations aren't proportional and perhaps those who have it disabled are more worried about their systems (i.e. giving Nintendo info that could unmask them) since they went out of their way to change a default setting. Lots of factors at work here...

    I think you are missing the point of the control group, an important piece on information is what those banned did differently than those un-banned.

    You don't base an assumption off of just 1 metric, there should be more information as to what the people did, especially with such a small sample size.... Believe what you want, but I think you have a very misguided view of statistics.
