    the one i have is called mobiclip multicore encoder. it came with a player so you don't have to build into .cia, you can just play .moflex off the root of the sd card.

    you're late to the party. there's better tools, but everything copyrighted and i can't share and the site's not up anymore and no one is doing this anymore. idk if its still a thing but it used to be very easy to become a, i forget the term, but someone who can create official nintendo apps...

    that's odd. i use save states for mario party-e minigames on my 3ds with mGBA, made save states with pc just like you said.

    i'm telling you. just use twilightmenu++ with each .sav having its own e-reader.gba file (with different names) i still play that air hockey game all the time on my dsi/3ds

    you have to enable inputredirection in rosalina settings for the input from the gamepad to work. i never tried LAN, try it with both on wifi first
