    First of all, you have a bad source saying that something as new as FastHax could install cias on any firmware. Secondly, there was such a thing but for 11.0.0-33 - 11.1.0-34 known as SlowHax.     Very sorry, but it could be a hardware problem. If you can't fix it and can't get a refund, and have no use for it. Please don't waste double the money on ninjhax as you may aswell buy another 3ds. Or get a hardmod, which does cost quite a lot. But if your kind hearted enough just give it away...
