I can be playing some classics on my Commodore A1200 one moment, then right after go play something in PCVR, or really anything else in between. Granted I am not paying too much attention to the latest and greatest games...
Easiest way to play 3.60+ games is by using a plugin called "reF00D". It's even listed on [Essentials] PSVita Homebrew and directly linked to the github page.

That won't work, it may work when both disks are the same model and even then, it's not guaranteed... If it does, it's only recommended in a data recovery situation. Each hard drive is precisely calibrated at the factory and the logic board stores those calibration parameters to cater to that...

That's a valid point, it does require some maintenance. Noctua air coolers are a bit expensive, but you pay for what you get, amazing performance.
Regarding temps:
On the rig that I have the custom water cooling (i7-6800K @ 4.2GHz, 1.3v) its hitting about high 50s (120ish F) low 60s (140ish F)...
I am using a Corsair H100i on my media/file server that has been turned on 24/7 for a couple of years now and it's still going strong. Though I have set a few preventive measures in case of pump or fan failures to immediately shut down the system.
So, all in all I can vouch for Corsair on that...

Installation is the same as z04, copy vitacheat.suprx to ux0:vitacheat, and vitacheat.skprx to ur0:vitacheat.
Add config.txt:

ur0:vitacheat/vitacheat.skprx
z05 works with 3.65 enso, it was updated for such firmware, since z04 rendered the console unbootable, so it should still work with 3.65 h-encore. Now if it works on 3.68, we still need some feedback from someone that has a 3.68 Vita.
Have you changed any settings or installed something recently? Do you have any other unusual symptoms?
You could also run memtest or even some stress testing on the CPU. It could also just mean a borked windows install, windows file integrity might not find any issues if it's some messed up...
There are actually many videos on computers built on a budget that are specifically targeted to run fortnite. You don't even need very recent hardware to run the game as it's easy on the requirements.
For a midrange system, if you want brand new parts you could even go with an 7th gen core i3...
