    Its okay I found out the problem on why this happens with primal palkia.

    I made a custom primal form for palkia and when I send it out in battle it does the usual red orb animation, and crashes mid animation . The reason this happens is because primal palkia is affected by the rainbow texture glitch. I do not know how to fix it, and there are not a lot of information...
