Hacking [Tutorial] Installing Clean CIAs with 4.5 CFW

Do I need to do this whole process if I already have Palentine CFW and Bluebox installed? If not, what steps do I follow? Also I still find it kind of vague what "clean cia's" really means. Does it mean they could be with any firmware requirement? And how do I distinguish them? Thanks

Hacking How To Install CFW on <4.5 WITHOUT DS Flashcart / Gateway

I have a question. Everyone keeps saying pokemon and 6.x games won't work cause of saves. Do the games themselves not work or just the saves? If it's just the saves it would be possible to beat the game by just never turning off your 3DS.

    Hacking [Tutorial] 4.5 SysNAND + 4.5 CFW + 9.4 EmuNAND without Gateway

OK, so I got it to work. If you know everything you've done was correct and still get "failed to connect" try these things: 1. Disable your antivirus firewall 2. On my router I set my firewall level to "off" 3. Instead of booting the CFW in network (with L held down) mode, boot it normally by...

    Hacking [Tutorial] 4.5 SysNAND + 4.5 CFW + 9.4 EmuNAND without Gateway

Anyone got a good idea on how to bypass the whole "failed to connect" thing with run.bat? I'm literally triple-checking everything.

    Hacking [Tutorial] 4.5 SysNAND + 4.5 CFW + 9.4 EmuNAND without Gateway

Thanks mate, but the most important thing I need to know is, can I do all this with an Acekard 2i and 4.1 FW?

    Hacking [Tutorial] 4.5 SysNAND + 4.5 CFW + 9.4 EmuNAND without Gateway

Okay so I i have a couple of questions before I decide to invest money into this. 1. I currently have 1 SD card with 2GB of storage. I keep reading that I need at least 4GB, so my first question is do I need to buy 2 SD cards of at least 4GB each? Will a microSD card with an SD adapter work...

    Hacking 3DS Firmware for Gateway

Alright, so I had my firmware on 4.0.0 for the longest time and I've been using acekard to play some classic DS games while I wait for the 3DS carts to develop. I'm thinking about picking up a Gateway fairly soon and there's a couple of things I'm confused about/want to confirm. My 3DS is on...

Hardware PSP shuts down after a few minutes

Alright, so I've got this problem with my PSP, it always shuts down after a few minutes of being on. I doubt its a system problem, it's not a memory card problem, not a battery problem (tried 2) which work on my friends psp. I've tried a lot of things and tests and I've concluded that this thing...

True, but on 2 monitors at 4k. Its just want you want really, to each they own.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
For a kids aspect Anbernic would be the better option they'd probably melt over the price on a good 4k display

For that texasroo guy, I'd recommend the Spell and speak as his first system.

So they buy a pi5 kit for about $150 and say a 28" 4k display probably looking around $400 total
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
They'll be getting in the territory of portable Pcs anyway

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Again you get what you pay for, its like buying a S series for $300 but its only 1440p native, if you want true 4k, gotta get the X model for $500. But yea you right, when moms buying it anyways, you gotta stay cheap.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
They could use HD out on their TV no real need for a monitor these days tbh the purists will disagree
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I'm kind of phasing out on the need for wanting all these consoles cool to have but they just become dust build ups
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I here ya there, I have too many myself, and have hard time letting them go, since most of mine I've modded at some point. Anymore I just play Switch on the go, seriesx at home.

I'm designing my own entertainment cabinet for my man cave, to store all my systems, then I'm also designing a power supply/HDMI switcher so I can switch to whichever system I want, and power it also. Already picked up the cabinet board, but tinkering with my drawings before start
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
But yea, I have frogger arcade cabinet that I gutted and put a Pi4 then Pi5 into, but it never gets played much anymore, should sell it. Even when the kids come over, they don't want to play on it, just the xbox. TMNT and Simpson's arcade is still so fun on it, esp w 2 players.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
