Hardware ROM Hack Does anyone know how to use custom textures made for citra on real hardware?

I remember trying this with Ocarina of Time 3D and didn't have much luck ; but I'd love if someone could make a guide if this is possible.

Hacking Having trouble downloading Wii U game

Have you tried downloading the game from a different source? When installation is finished, does your storage size change? Or do that thing the 3ds does where it shows "corrupted data"?

Homebrew Ship of Harkinian (Ocarina of Time) Wii U Port

For master quest, google the following. 079b855b943d6ad8bd1eb026c0ed169ecbdac7da For regular game, google this one. cfbb98d392e4a9d39da8285d10cbef3974c2f012 It's best to have both, as you can pick between which version inside the game itself, once generated.

[Request] Can Sonic Triple Trouble 16 bit be ported to the Vita?

Well I want it too, so shove off with that. So, when attempting to port the android release over to the Vita, it crashes upon the first screen or something like that. If the dev of TT16b is willing to share the SOURCE CODE, I believe it would be more possible to get a direct port. Or maybe the...

Homebrew Ship of Harkinian (Ocarina of Time) Wii U Port

Are you sure you're using the correct debug rom for master quest? I'm not an expert, but that's what I'd investigate. I can select MQ just fine on 7.1.0. If that doesn't fix anything, join the discord for more "instant" help. https://discord.gg/mWZgFdDb

Homebrew Ship of Harkinian (Ocarina of Time) Wii U Port

I had an issue where the game wouldn't boot if imgui.ini or shipofharkinian.json from previous builds were in the Wii U App Folder ; Try that. If that doesn't work, regenerate your OTR files by rebuilding the game. If that doesn't work, join the ship of harkinian discord and post in the section...

    Haxchi to tiramisu

Not that I can remember or have experienced personally. I loved Haxchi but Tiramisu can do everything it can do and more, for free, where Haxchi required a DS title.

    Alternative loaddine.ovh

You're*. There's genuinely no reason to NOT update to Tiramisu, or to be using an outdated launcher that takes at least 2 or 3 minutes to successfully launch.

    Hacking (HENkaku) Homebrew Request Thread

Sonic Triple Trouble 16-bit received an android version about a week ago ; would it be out of the realm of possibility to port it?

Homebrew Ship of Harkinian (Ocarina of Time) Wii U Port

So, will 7.0.0 Spock Alpha come to WIi U, or is the Wii U version kinda "Done-for"? I apologize for bumping an old thread.

HQ sound in native GBA games is entirely possible

Recently tested an HQ audio patch for Mother 3 ; the difference was little, but it was there. (Too much "high quality" audio made the game slowdown or crash I believe.) More info on the Starman Forums if anyone is interested.

Any way to swap Link out in Twilight Princess HD?

They do not, unfortunately. All mods on there are for the Wii / GameCube versions. Wind Waker HD gets no love either, with the only mod being a optional patch to change Zelda's skin color to match Tetra's. (Which, I kinda like, it's always bothered me.) I'm still waiting on a WWHD "less bloom"...

Consensus over what resolution is best for vWii

It's all subjective opinion. Personally, I believe the original Wii is best suited for a CRT (box) display. Even 480p composite on the original wii looks rough, even after tweaking the settings to disable blur in spots. The controls also feel weird operating on larger flat screen TVs...
