I'm having this exact problem as well (all DSTwo users seem to be). I've been reading in this thread that the fix is to use an un-patched ROM on clean mode for that part of the game. Topic. I have a DStwo with a 4gb class 4 sandisk microsd, and have no problems playing most games. However, my 4th gen Pokemon games (Platinum, Heartgold, Soulsilver) are extremely laggy. I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
