    Hacking Messed up ur0:/tai

Yup, now I know. Almost-bricked-the-console is the best teacher there is.

    Hacking Messed up ur0:/tai

Yeah, after the cogs in my head finally turned after I did all that, I was surprised that it actually booted as well. My train of thought at the time was "oh, since my tai is on ux0 and it's active, then the one on ur0 must be an installation remnant of some kind". I backed it up nevertheless...

    Hacking Messed up ur0:/tai

molecularShell wouldn't install because the system wouldn't detect the memory card without formatting (FW mismatch) and I don't have a second one. This is PSV 1000, no internal memory for apps in this one. Factory reset worked, though. And it didn't even remove Enso, it's just inactive. I'll...

    Hacking Messed up ur0:/tai

Yes, I deleted the entire ur0:/tai, which contained henkaku, nonpdrm, taihen, config.txt and boot_config.txt, and replaced it with ux0:tai/, which contained 0syscall6, download_enabler, ioplus, nonpdrm, pngshot, PSVshell, repatch, shellbat, storagemgr (set to use MC as ux0 and SD2VITA as uma0)...

    Hacking Messed up ur0:/tai

Hi, So, I dun goofed when trying to set up SD2Vita on my 1000. When reading about copying ux0:/tai to ur0:/tai, I assumed that meant replacing ur0:/tai, so I copied it to my PC, deleted it from ur0:/tai, and then copied ux0:/tai. I realized what I've done shortly afterwards. Also, I didn't edit...

    Hacking How good is Adrenaline?

Just a quick note - I've also had this issue and the problem was that Adrenaline kept resetting the filtering. Even though it's displaying "original" and "no" in the settings and the official bilinear filtering is disabled, it's still sometimes reverting to bilinear filtering when e.g. switching...

Hacking Retroarch on Wii U... Is it any good what cores work?

2003 is the best for more demanding games like Mortal Kombat. Less demanding and/or older games run quite well with newer cores.

    Homebrew Official Retroarch WiiU (wip.)

It seems the latest version is borked. I just tried 10-08 and 10-07 and both crash. This one seems to still work: https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/nintendo/wiiu/2018-10-04_RetroArch_rpx.7z If the problem persists in more builds it might be wise to tell the devs about it. @MalusCalibur...

Hacking [RELEASE] WiiVC Injector Script (GC/Wii/Homebrew Support)

Did anyone try injecting wiiflow lite? So far I'm getting the first wiiflow logo, then the wiiflow animation and then a DSI crash (it works fine when started from vwii). Has anyone done it? Is it even possible?

so, in case of undubs, I should just run to the person that made the CIAs and ask them to make a version that doesn't suck? :D

ok, then that's that. is there anything I might notice when maybe cooking my own CIAs so that I won't suffer the same fate?

@wormdood, only these games, no other.

Hacking 3DS NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

Thanks a bunch for your answers! Alas, I do not know what I downloaded, there's a package ready to download containing emuNAND and rxTools with no version in its filename... although I got firmware.bin from a friend, because I was on Linux at the time and maybe that batch file that...

Hacking 3DS NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

OK, back again with more noob dillemas. Yay! First is still my question from a few pages back - what is the rxTools version used in the package from the "literally retarded" guide? Second issue I have is that several games keep disappearing from my folders on emuNAND and reappear upon reboot...
