Switch No Wi-Fi BT either after disassembly
I have the exact same issue. Been searching for a solution since some months ago, but no luck so far. Most threads I've seen suggest it's a hardware problem with BCM4356 chip.- Invich

After making sure that BT is enabled, have you tried to connect a pro controller wirelessly? Or maybe a pair of BT headphones?- Invich

Hardware Hacking Switch bluetooth and wifi dead solution by usb wireless dongle?

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.+1
