    I don't think the instinct is here to stay, at least in its MCU+FPGA form. They are probably working at a rp2040 solution too. I would buy the hwfly rp2040 atm.

    I imagined so. You have a 240mhz cpu with fully reprogrammable gpios, which doesn't have to communicate back and forth to a fpga. Moreover the optimization of open source firmwares is always, potentially, way higher.

    Finally installed! Everything went super smoothly. All the cables provided had been used. Super clean installation, only takes 2 flying wires. I used AWG34 enameled wire, they were DAT0 and RESET. Bare in mind that the RST pin in the OLED version gives an open circuit. I lost 2h trying to...

    I just got this instinct v6 set from aliexpress for about 30 dollars. I noticed the soldermask is black and not white. Does anyone have a review for it? Cheers.
