Are you using the European ROM ? It has a notorious bug with one fusion. A patch exists for the rom, it also enables to get 3rd bomb bag. These are working in USA ROM but not in EURO ROM. Check patch here : https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/1714/- KeitaroBaka

Hey there. I think the limit is 10 pages max. That's a sony limitation, even on stock vita I think. Try adding pages on your stock vita and check if it locks at 10 (don't have mine at the moment).- KeitaroBaka

I did a system transfer 2 days ago when buying my 3DSXL. I transfered from 3DS with ambassador to 3DS XL. Cartridge saves are on the cartridge. No save loss here. Hardware Ps3 Media server stuttering
I use it without problem using the ethernet port. Are you by any chance connecting your ps3 with wifi to your network ? And your PC ? If so, that may be your problem. Try using ethernet cables for the PS3 and PC if possible.- KeitaroBaka
