    Good, you have a defensive Pokemon. A Steel Type will massively help you out in the Gym. You should grind until all of your Pokemon are at LEAST Lv18.     Umm... Most people haven't even hacked DP's maps yet. So I don't see a BW map hack for quite a while. Sorry to disappoint, but that's just how it is.... :(
