Anyone even know how to access the saves on disk, even if it's encrypted? Tried my luck with ADVExplorer but didn't get super far, though that was a long while back.
I tried using a hex editor to poke around in the file itself as well as the Name Modifier codes by Full Metal Kirby, but both of those just corrupt the save and make me start from scratch. Closest I got was changing the first two letters using the hex editor, but trying to make it a four letter...
Random question but are Evercade carts dumpable at all? Checked with No-Intros forum which seemed to have some progress but didn't find much beyond that.
I actually got it solved too, turns out the black sceens are cause Melon hit the internal limit on DSIware titles in the NAND, so clearing some of those allowed for importing and playing just fine. The limit iirc was around 10 titles on average.
Do I need a Nintendo ID on my 3DS itself to dump it? Tried it both with one and without one (clearing it prior for something else) and it didn't make any real difference in dumping (crash on loading friends list)
Citra doesn't take that as is, unless I rename it. It DOES show up as loaded when I try that, where trying a random file with that shows invalid. I did get a crash when checking the friends list but I don't know if that's because of the SecureInfo or if that's normal for now.
It says the path is Sysnand ctrnand -> rw - sys and I'm not seeing it in there when I check it, LocalFriendCodeSeed_B is in there fine, but SecureInfo_A isn't in there, just _B, looked through the path and the folders around it 5 times.
What happens if you only see "SecureInfo_B"? The steps require SecureInfo_A but I'm not seeing that when checking sysnand in GM9 as per their steps, unless that's dumped a different way.
Great to see!
Slightly updated version, one of the metal parts is a Nights costume, which requires a perfect score in the checkpoint bonus stages. That's a massive pain depending on the stage so I lucked out with an easy one and got that unlocked here, alongside some extra parts, they aren't...
