    Yes, but I've found it very playable at the FPS the N3DS can provide with optimal settings. Other games like Mechwarrior 2 run really well.

    Without knowing anything else about your setup, the best advice is to use an older build. 1.3.3 is a stable version of PCSX. I don't know if it's available on the git anymore, but that's where you should check.

    Later versions of DosBox on retroarch (post 1.3.3) have mouse support. You can replace the .3dsx in \3ds\retroarch_3ds\ with a more recent .3dsx. What kind of CFW are you running? Are you running a9lh, B9S or something else?

    Sorry to bump an old thread, but PCSX Reloaded runs MW2 pretty well on an N3DS. It may be worth a shot to try it on an O3DS. Try using Retroarch 1.3.6 for that.
