    My vita is on 3.70. Do you mean going to the advanced settings, changing DNS Settings to manual, then setting primary DNS to 212.47.229.76? I tried that, but when I try to open the PS store to download loco roco, it still asks me to update my firmware. Argh, I was going to do this last night but...
