    Yeah, okay, I should've been clearer. My DSi has the latest Unlaunch and HiyaCFW installed on it. It's on 1.4.4E.

    If you never went online with pirated games on your console before the backup. Then after restoring it Ninty will see it as just your console being offline for a while, which is not a bannable offence AFAIK

    Even if this is true (I assume it is), then, well, what the hell did you expect considering how much Ninty has upgraded their defenses. I did a hekate NAND backup before even booting into SX OS for the first time and hasn't went online since.

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

    Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
