    I looked in the options, native controls was turned on but it was grayed out, so I deleted nincfg.bin on both my sd card and my usb flash drive(which is where I'm loading my games from) and it worked! Thank you!

    Hey, I've been having issues with using the wii u pro controller on nintendont. I am able to connect the controller in the nintendont menu and navigate just fine, but when I launch a game, the 4 blue lights at the bottom of the controller light up, and... None of my inputs work.
