    The SD card might be on it's way out. Try powering the console on while holding both the A and B buttons; that should open Unlaunch's config menu even without an SD card (Assuming that Unlaunch was installed as per the above guide).

    I believe that error occurs while booting package1. I don't think the gamecart slot is initialized before FS loads, which is part of package2. If you didn't successfully boot OFW 12.0.0 you should be able to use the slot with 11.x.x.

    Booting your 10.x.x eMMC backup using a payload should work just fine. I would recommend making a copy of that eMMC backup to your SD card, use hekate to migrate that backup to a emuMMC image, and using emuMMC until atmosphere is updated to be compatible with 12.0.0.

    You can configure hekate (and I believe fusee too) to automatically boot from emuemmc, but hekate/fusee will need to be injected via the RCM exploit every time the system has been fully powered down (i.e. not from in sleep mode).
