    I'd just like to let everyone know who hasnt updated their wii in a long time, that im on a really old Cios...i think like v13 or something, havent turned my wii on since donkey kong country, and use USB loader GX. I didnt update anything at all, just put this game on my hdd and booted it up...

    try a different cios, redownload the dol file and recopy it on your card, little things like that can help.

    not a coding expert or anything, but i would think this would never work, because when you install a wad to the system menu, it creates a ticket and the content of the game as different entities...then when you copy it to the SD card it copies the game content, but the ticket info is still in...

    anyone confirm that patching the ios on the game to 249 allows the video to be played? not that its a big deal..but if it work why not do it. i can try later tonight, picked up the M+ yesterday, will have these games late tonight.

    well i figured out what was going on, and the loader is working now (at least the menu, havent tried games yet). I tried loading cios10 and usb loader on my girlfriends wii, and i got the same code dumps on everything. so with that, the only thing in common between our wiis and these code...

    I installed cios222 and im still getting the same code dump. I'm no programmer, but it seems odd that it crashes even when i try to exit the loader back to the wii menu (or shutdown) is the cios doing anything when i try these things?

    I'll look into Hermes cios222, i try to limit the cios's i install on my wii, and would rather use one of wanikoko's. I just tried using a usb thumb drive, i got the same problems, constant stock/code dumps.

    Only the ones that wanikoko's 4.0 updater patched (not sure what the list is there) (but this was to keep trucha games working) and ios 60 is patched (to get wads to load off SD) no other ios's have been patched.
