i know there's threads for this but none of them helped fix my issue and i don't wanna necropost on something from years ago.
I did try both tools which names elude me now, but something like lumalocaleautosetter and luma...region...changer? (?). That didn't help at all. Installing the seed on...
doesn't make sense to me. At least put some other emulators in that thing. I personally don't care for android games... The thing plays nearly anything, you better play switch and gamecube and such!
It's been a long time since i kept in touch with anything 3DS, i brought a vita and an anbernic device since and been having fun with these.
I kinda wanna give the ol' 3DS another round, perhaps trying some games i might've missed. But my SD card is tiny and completely full!

shadows can't be casted on meshes with shaders that use some super simple mobile shaders. Let's say those are "unlit", although it's probably inacurate, but it's sorta like that. Try it yourself and see. You can always disable all shadows on the light source, too. This is why most retro 3D games...

Only feedback i can give is: have you considered a setting to turn off the borders? and perhaps scaling of the image? if scaling compromises performance i'd take just turning off the borders.
Also, the palette setting sorta breaks color games...
if i wanted to make a proper game, legally, would nintendo even give two shits about allowing me? or all the roads lead to my game/homebrew/whatever collecting dust in my hard drive?
Anyways i gave up developing for 3DS, my experiments ran quite slowly, there's way too much to be done regarding...
did you setup the port fowarding stuff? i dunno about retroarch netplay and such, but usually the issues with netplay boil down to the ports being closed
leo @'d me in a thread about his last dream, stating he was passionately making out with a guy he used to know and then woke up while reaching for his crotch, and said that i would "know who 'tf' it is"
and of course i know, it's luke
