    US only once again, anyway. Europeans never get good freebies or deals when it comes to PSN. One exceotion was the free Monster Hunter World, but that was UK only.

    Yours is not maxed out as well. 13,26GB would take ~8,50 in total. Your speed on this download is around 140Mbps. PSN is pretty inconsistent in relation of download speeds. It also depends on what Game or Patch you are downloading. My 15Mbps example was a hyperbole, it is normally way more, but...

    Mine is not that loud anymore either. The Nidec Fan made a big difference but has a higher, more constand pitch. It always depends in the game you are playing. Most known problematic ones are GoW in the Map or Dragon Quest Heroes 1 and 2.
