Tutorial Fixing system memory error 160-0103 (failing eMMC) without soldering | using redNAND with ISFShax

Dumb question. I followed the ISFSHAX process but minute menu offers no options to backup the MLC (only erase it) and I can't find a way to run the recovery menu anymore (or install any apps). I followed this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-set-up-isfshax.642258/#post-10280366 then this...

Tutorial Fixing system memory error 160-0103 (failing eMMC) without soldering | using redNAND with ISFShax

Thanks. It is working again. I think I will still install a Nand-Aid for future use, but it's nice to see it come back to life.

Tutorial Fixing system memory error 160-0103 (failing eMMC) without soldering | using redNAND with ISFShax

My system just boots to the WiiU menu and locks up there. Running the pico boot recovery disables the display but I get the purple light and can navigate blindly. I posted my logs here in 2022 and was told my NAND is dying.

Can this be done blind with a pico? I have no display but a purple light and I am able to dump files and logs when I pico boot the recovery menu.

Editorial Your most disappointing video game sequel

There have been so many that were disappointing with Zelda 2 being up there. Games like Mass Effect Andromeda weren't really disappointing because most people knew it would be garbage. Quake 3 and FEAR 2 really hurt. I would say it is a tie between PSO3 and Blood 2. Blood 2 was a real letdown...

Hacking UDPIH: USB Host Stack exploit + Recovery Menu

So the only real solution is a new base unit or chip replacement which is not happening. It doesn't even make sense to buy a replacement unit because who knows how long that will last. Thanks for the feedback.

Can a hardmod restore the HYNIX MLC? This is what I have backed up.

Thanks for your analyses of this. From what I have read this appears to be happening more and more. Guess I'll box it up and maybe someday there will be a solution.
