sorry to necro, but VVVVVV is open-source now, so a PSP port is completely possible. If I had the know-how I'd totally do it myself.
If anyone smarter than myself is interested in undertaking it, here's the game's GitHub page.
waitwaitwait, so you mean to tell me the GBA has been out for over 20 years, the modding community has grown incredibly, and to this day the best way to convert a video to a GBA ROM is using a piece of software older than some of us here that barely works in the modern day?
did I get that...
Actually I DID find a piece of software not long after posting that comment that seems to work super well! Few minor issues but nothing that stopped me from making my own theme. GBAtemp's spam filter isn't letting me post links since I never use this account, so just know it's the github subpage...
Only thread I can find on the topic and everyone decides to tell you to manually edit XML documents. Great. Super helpful. Is there REALLY no other way than finding out how XML works? NOTHING?
@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
