Ah okay. Is there some fundamental issue that will stop the R4 from ever getting full TWLMenu++ support? That would be a shame if there was. I'll just stick to woodr4 for now.
Original R4. It's a clone obviously but it's worked fine for me in the past using firmwares made for it. I get the error whether I turn nds-bootstrap on or off. Also, autoboot doesn't work but that's a smaller issue.
@Robz8 Do you have any idea what error 100 is? I get it when trying to load roms from my flashcard in the Acekard theme. Loading roms in other themes gives me a white screen.
@Robz8 do you think you can help me with this? I think it's the same issue that I had with ds game forwarders a few years ago, but I've reformatted my micro SD since then and I forgot what I did to fix it.
An update on this:
I'm pretty sure the error I'm getting is due to YSMenu not working. When I open YSMenu.nds from wood, all I get is a white screen. It's only DS roms that don't work in TWiLight, nes, gb etc all work fine. Can anyone figure out why YSMenu is broken?
I'm trying to get my original R4 to work with TWiLight Menu++ on my DS lite. After following the instructions for flashcard users in the OP, I have two issues:
1) TWiLight Menu++ won't autoboot so I have to manually open boot.nds
2) Whenever I try to load a game I get start error 1, whether I...
Is it possible to send over both an emulator and a ROM? Most popular DS homebrew apps are emulators, and it would be a shame if we can't use them with this exploit.
I'm using an original R4. When I add a game, my 3DS goes to the power off screen, and when I go back to TWLoader my game isn't there. I'm using the correct pack and have the correct flashcard selected in settings. Why does this happen?
@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
