    I have a problem trying to download games from HBG store. Have had no success. On console tab it says install failed, looking for mirror. Game just never loads and says failed.

    SO the catch is currently https://<encTitleKeys.bin> but still says missing title keys? auto Fix it. However, now that i have fixed the title key missing. Still some of the game missing Pokemon Crystal and Pokemon USUM are not available.

    Sorry, was on vacation. But yes. That is correct. If the patch you are in stays 1 NPC count. Then that is your settings.

    Okay so you need to find a patch where the NPC count is not out of whack. I suggest you to go up a little more where the passage heads towards Poni Plains, but stay in Poni Grove.     Before you go and start RNG. I find a spot in the grass where Stakataka is at. Lower NPCs is better. Save and try using honey to find out if the patch is good and how often he would show up. Thats how i got My shiny Bacephalon.
