Of course you can do that. Just use bluetoothctl (install it if you don't have it already) the same way as described in lakka's faq : https://lakka-switch.github.io/documentation/faq.html (How do I setup Bluetooth Audio)
You don't need to do this through SSH if you have a working input method...
Easiest solution : Enable airplane mode, then shutdown and boot in recovery mode (Vol + and - plus Power button), then shutdown again and power your console back on, and the nag will be gone as long as you don't connect to internet :) Works 100%

Is it really a big deal ? I think that you can use that one for both and extend it (haven't tested with lakka though, only for regular linux distribution)
If you never used any linux distribution on your switch, then yes there's no need to do that.
Yes, just make a separated partition in fat32/exfat for homebrew/HorizonOs and you should be good to go
Hi, I don't own that phone so I can say that it'll work for sure, but I can tell you that it works just fine with my chinese phone that is on android 6.0 with an OTG adapter. In theory any android device with a recent enough OS and OTG compatibility should do the trick ;)
