Could be that Nintendo hasn't gotten around to them I guess but the fact that what Bunnei said was brought up twice in the suit leads me to believe it's particularly relevant.

That's probably the catalyst for this whole thing and will likely be the biggest point of contention. It's the silent agreement that everybody who uses emulators...

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
