    This happens to mean sometimes. What I do is take out the micro sd card and re-insert it.

    Be sure to click eject device before taking it out. That how your data is missing. For The Mirco SD card, Format it to “FAT 32”.

    It all happened when I transferred my 3ds data to my New 3ds with computer. While transferring, my mirco ds was to small to fit the data so I got a new one to use. None of my downloaded games were there. All that was these were my folders Game card slot and the games/tools that come with it...
