    Hi all. I'm looking to solder points 1 and 10 on my joycon but I read that this has been patched. Is there still a method that can be used to hardmod the Joycon to boot into RCM mode? I'm on version 6.0 and planning to set up Emunand on SD with SX OS.

    If you're using a third party dock, make sure that you're also using a USB C cable with a built-in 56 OHM resistor. This will keep your switch safe. I've been using mine with one and it's still working just fine...

    I can't say I've noticed mine being hot, but in comparison to my stock Switch, the battery does seem to drain faster while on standby.

    I've had mine for two weeks and I update using OFW. My system is still able to access online with no issues (I don't use online through SX OS). While I'm not saying it's 100% safe, I can say that I've yet to have problems.
