Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

I'm really loving the Wood UI. I noticed the scrolling speed was already addressed in the known issues section of your post. I also noticed the icons pulse rather quickly compared to official Wood UI and the font used when games are displayed as a text list appears to be different than standard...

    Testing the new EZ-Flash Parallel

Received my replacement EZP in the mail today. This one is properly detected in my DSi XL unlike my bricked EZP. I suspect some of the early production units have contact issues.

    Testing the new EZ-Flash Parallel

It loads games faster than R4. Which R4? The cart is insanely slow in most aspects (game loading, save creation and just booting into the Wood kernel). Unless 1.06 changed more under the hood than I am aware of (currently bricked...but I suspect not much changed) besides the fix for the Casper...

    Testing the new EZ-Flash Parallel

It would be nice if it were compatible with TWiLight Menu as it bundles many emulators making it an easier setup than setting up individual emulators. Seeing as almost any cart on the maket past and present is compatible with TWiLight Menu, it is just an annoyance you do not expect from a...

EZ-Flash Parallel doesn't works on DSi XL

It is likely a contact issue. I had this issue on my DSi XL as well. Insert the cart and then push it like you are going to eject it but hold it in the depressed position and see if the icon shows up. I expect that it will. Although my cart is in a bricked state, the icon still shows in the menu.

    Testing the new EZ-Flash Parallel

Casper is literally the ghost in my machine 1714013504 I want to thank the EZ Flash team for quickly investigating and notifying the community of the existing bug affecting the EZ Flash Parallel current kernel, as well as working on an urgent fix to address the bug. I also want to thank them...

    Testing the new EZ-Flash Parallel

Unfortunately, while testing game compatibility my EZP became unresponsive. It no longer boots into the 1.05 kernel. Looks like a hardware failure. I purchased mine on Aliexpress so here is hoping after they review my evidence they will conclude the same thing and send a replacement. Not a good...

    Hacking RetroGameFan Updates/Releases

I agree... weird. I have several carts from r4ids.cn (only 1 like yours) and they all work fine

Suppose the cart could just be bad but that is unlikely https://gbatemp.net/threads/defective-r4i-gold-3ds-plus.581436/ You could try this: The latest BL2CK 1.31.0 can be found here: https://github.com/DS-Homebrew/flashcard-archive-web/tree/gh-pages/r4ids.cn

Is your microSD formatted Fat32? That cart also has a switch on it to toggle between ntrboot and ds mode. Make sure it is in DS Mode. The switch is under the shell, so you will have to open the shell to access it.

Then no need for the flashcard version. Stick with wood 1.64. Nothing is better from a game compatibility standpoint.

Wood 1.64 is the best kernel available, however you can run TWiLight Menu++ for flashcards on this as well.

No. That card uses Wood 1.64

    Testing the new EZ-Flash Parallel

My question is what games were fixed? The changelogs are extremely vague. Has anyone noticed games working in 1.05 that did not work in 1.04? Kernel 1.05 Rom compatibility fix almost done Kernel 1.04 Fixed another bunch of AP roms Kernel 1.03 Fixed a bunch of AP patching, a few remained...

Homebrew SCFW: Custom Firmware & Kernel for Supercard

@metroid maniac, Thank you for your great work on scfw. How are game patches applied by your firmware? I ask because I encountered compatibility issue with Metroid Zero Mission (which I have posted before in this thread). The same behavior was present in another project GBARunner3 by Gericom...
