    You could attempt to buff the scratches out with a plastic polish, not sure how effective or potentially destructive that would be though. You'd want to do some research first.

    Dolphin supports that out of the box, no patching required. Just open the controls menu and bind your inputs. Dolphin even supports emulating gestures like shaking the wiimote. The following link is for the PC, but android supports this as well...

    Agreed. Just stick with the included Windows Defender unless you really feel that you need an additional program.

    The game is actually pretty solid for a Gameboy game. While it's just a marketing stunt, there was clearly some passion put into it.
