Tomodachi Life sells 2 million copies in Europe

That might acturally be of copyright reasons: https://www.unhappybirthday.com/ While it seems it is public domain now, it wasn't a year ago.

    Hacking To update or not?

Hi everyone. I finally got myself a 3DS yesterday and it is on 2.2.0-X firmware currently. Is there any reason other than the cheaper flashcards being blocked that would be an issue after the upgrade? Sorry for being quite out of touch with the 3DS when it comes to the firmware.

Report: new VSH user mode exploit found?

And you think sony and other companies only patch stuff once somebody says "hey i found an exploit"? No they do that all the time anyway.

    Tethered for life

No. It just means that they wont ever have to look for a way to jailbreak inside the software anymore, instead they can just use the hardware DFU mode directly with every firmware. This is nice because we will then allways be able with these newer devices to install custom firmware, currently...

    How safe is http://www.dealextreme.com

Extremely satisfied with dealextreme! The only bad thing is the shipping times.. sometimes stuff gets here in a few days.. sometimes weeks..

Hacking Is undubbing Wii games generally the same as undubbing PS2 games?

    PS JailBreak Exploit Patched

Thats not exactly how it works... banned 360's are banned by their console ID. And that gets send to Microsoft in order to signin. With the PS3 that DNS server just tricks it into thinking it allready is on the latest version.

I wonder if they could get CPUs to run that hot then use the heat to power a steam turbine to power the CPUs....
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Good idea, or at least power the GPU
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea that crazy, I've never tried hack into anything, I just pirate, and my ISP have send me 3-4 letters, so had to VPN it

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I bet now a 4090 could probably crack it? Hmmm maybe not even back then I'm pretty sure they where using like 1024 bit encryption
