    I tried to follow Queno138's method but when I start SaveDataFiler from CFW with my Zelda OOT Retail cardrige inserted, it always says SD card has been removed. Any ideas?

    You need to be on the most recent version, which is 7.1, to enter the eShop. Since Gateway is out of the question anyways for you I don't see the harm in updating.

    I believe it was said in another thread on here that you can make a full .img of your SD with Win32DiskImager that will include the EmuNAND partition.

    It should work if the WAD you installed had the proper titleID. Those are the 4 letter codes every game has. Also know that if you use the wad-uninstaller to uninstall the wad it will also delete your save file.
