    Perfect. With that I decided to update the 3DS to 11.3 and still managed to book up Luma and hourglass depending on what buttons I pressed. I was also able to load up the 3 cias installed. Thank you all for all your help!

    YACC should only compress/decompress the CSO as far as I know. UMDgen is what you need to extract/make an ISO. Pretty sure that's why it's 168 MB. The music file is pretty big.     I've used YACC, PSP compressor, and UMDgen to compress and decompress all my ISOs. I have been using those for about 2 years now (or at least back when OFW 3.50 came out). I never had any problems.

    Remember to buy a case and maybe a screen protector for it too. The back gets scratched really easily, and I'm not sure what they used for the screen of the touch.
