Already tried that and I couldn't do it because for OLD 3DS it only goes up to 11.3 which mine isn't at. But someone sent be a otherapp.bin for OLD 11.4- TheGamerDracul

Wait I did it again using the 11.4 otherapp.bin someone sent me and it said "The Homebrew ropbin is now ready" then it brings me back to my main 3DS menu screen. auto I didn't even have to click the bomb icon, just the letter. Was all that suppose to happen...?- TheGamerDracul
