    No, mgba can emulate GB and GBC and Twilight menu uses a version of GameYOB and both perform worse than Gambette

    I've tried GameYOB, mGBA and Gambette (Retroarch). So far the best is Gambette but the fps really drops at times like the intro scene in Links Awakening DX or whenever a dialogue window is shown in Harry Potter... Is there an optimal solution for GBC emulation (not VC injects) for the old 3ds?

    Is it possible to fill the black borders with NDS artwork when playing in pixel perfect mode? Like with GB(C) VC games it shows the gameboy around the game area. I always feel like I'm missing out on free real estate if there is so much unused screenspace and I can't stand blurry games :/
