    Thats nice to know. All I know is that I've tried this several times in the past, but I've finally managed to get it down.

    I took a wire, one that was thin enough to attach to the 10th pin, and long enough to attach to the Fan's metal peice. If you hold it in the right position, with those wires connecting there, you can enter RCM. I don't understand how I managed to do it, but I did.
