    Okay. So I was testing my rxTools to see if the region-free .cia's work. One of the .cia's I used is supposed to be region-free but after installing doesn't show up on the menu. It always shows up for a second, and instantly disappears. Can anyone help? I tried using the regular rxTools first...

    Everyone! If your .db files don't work, double-check to see if their extensions changed. Sometimes, Windows identifies them as, for example, "title.db.txt". It counts .db as part of the name, not as the file extension
