Are you able to launch any of your games you've installed (to check if cfw is booting) - Do you have the titles folder inside of Reinx (Reinx/Titles/01000000..../ect)?
Also, if you place your 64gb back in, will it work normally again?
Would also recommend downloading the latest version of...
When you plug a new mSD in, the switch will delete files for you to allow you to use the new card.
Have you tested to see what you have lost if anything?
If you've already updated from <4.x to 4.x or greater and boot into OFW, or any cfw that doesn't have NOGC (SX OS) the cart firmware has already been updated and wont work if you downgrade below 4.x in the future. Currently SX OS and ReiNX work just fine for games.
As for future releases...
ReiNX has NOGC if you're updating from <4.x to any firmware higher and are worried about updating the firmware on the cart reader in case you want to downgrade in the future and still be able to use it.
Other than that aside from no XCI support yet, they seem pretty similar right now.
Once one of these devices are installed internally, how would you go about updating the payload? Could it be done through the usb C port on the switch?
Just googled for a converter, found this thread as well as github for "XCI2TitleConverter", has anyone tried this out yet?
Currently away from my backups but will try it later if not.

Have you tried flashing your backup nand back down to 1.0 to see if the cart reader still works though?
I believe that is the problem with updating beyond 3.0.2
For some reason I did not associate bric with Auto Rcm.
As for updating to most current I was just thinking I could no longer go back to 2.0.0 which I was banking on using for a permanent hack in the future. But yeah 3.0 isn't that bad, i'll just be more careful when we can go higher w/o...
