    Phoenix Wright for example. If you played 5 case then you should remember Blue Badger and its dance - it's stored as RLE images, not a video. That's just an example. Many games on DS uses RLE compression.

    ROM.TOC, starting from 0x49C0, contains the file sizes of ROM.WAD. All audio files are there. So, basically it's possible to have your own radio in game by replacing old audio with the new one. Someone just need to find pointers for those files.
