    Get the game with Wii U USB Helper or uTikDownloadHelper then install it with wup like you did with the update. You need a USB storage device though (or at least 14GB free in your internal memory)

    He can't with a jp console. Download just the update with either Wii U USB Helper or uTikDownloadHelper, then install it with wup installer.
